Sikoshi is intended for lawful business, evaluation, and network operations use by users who have proper authority to access the relevant systems, environments, devices, credentials, and change processes.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Sikoshi is authorized and complies with applicable law, contractual obligations, customer requirements, and internal policies.
Customer responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
- You are responsible for maintaining control of your credentials, systems, and change approvals
- You are responsible for reviewing and authorizing changes before applying them in your environment
- You are responsible for confirming that use in production is appropriate for your environment and risk tolerance
Plans, subscriptions, and commercial terms
Access, plan limits, subscription structure, onboarding scope, support scope, device limits, enterprise terms, and related commercial conditions may vary by plan, order, invoice, checkout flow, or separate written agreement.
We may update pricing, packaging, or commercial terms for future purchases or renewals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment and suspension
Paid services may be suspended, restricted, or terminated for failed payment, chargebacks, expired payment methods, breach of these terms, unlawful use, abuse of the service, security risks, or other conduct that materially threatens Sikoshi, its operators, or other parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any aggregate liability arising out of or related to the website or services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Sikoshi for the applicable service during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law or superseded by a separate written agreement.
