Please include the email address on your Issho account, your device model, Android version, app version if available, and a short description of what happened.
During Android beta testing, feedback is especially helpful for Circles, groceries, reminders, events, notifications, feedback, and account features.
When reporting an issue, please include what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and whether the issue repeats.
If you cannot sign in, check that you are using the same email address you used to create your Issho account. If the problem continues, contact info@sikoshi.com.
If a Circle invite does not work, ask the sender to confirm the invite code or send a new invite. Make sure you are signed into the correct Issho account before joining.
Cloud-backed features may sync account, Circle, list, reminder, event, and shared planning data. If data does not appear right away, close and reopen the app and make sure you are signed in.
If notifications are not working, check that notifications are enabled for Issho in your Android settings. Some notification features may continue to change during beta testing.
You can delete your Issho account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. Local device data may remain until app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
When reporting a bug, include the screen you were on, what you tapped, what happened, and whether you can repeat the issue.
