Last updated: May 5, 2026
Use of Issho
Issho is provided by Sikoshi Tech, LLC to help people coordinate shared life tasks, plans, reminders, events, availability, and related information with people they choose to invite into Circles.
By using Issho, you agree to these Terms.
User accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, keeping your account credentials secure, and activity that occurs through your account.
You should only create an account and join Circles for lawful, authorized, personal, household, family, or close-group coordination.
User-generated content
You are responsible for the groceries, reminders, events, notes, recommendations, feedback, availability updates, and other content you add to Issho.
You should only upload or share content that you have the right to share.
Shared Circle responsibility
Circles are shared spaces. Content added to a cloud-backed Circle may be visible to other Circle members.
You are responsible for choosing who you invite, what you share, and how you use shared updates with your household, partner, family, roommates, or close group.
Beta testing
Issho may be offered through Android closed testing, beta releases, or other pre-release programs.
Beta features may change, break, lose data, or be discontinued. Please avoid relying on beta features as the only copy of important information.
No professional or emergency reliance
Issho is not an emergency, medical, financial, legal, safety-critical, or professional advice service.
Do not rely on Issho for emergencies or for decisions requiring professional judgment.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use Issho unlawfully or to harm, harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Upload abusive, invasive, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the service
- Access another person's account or Circle without permission
- Use Issho to collect information about others without proper consent
- Interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of Issho
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account.
Some shared Circle content may remain available to other Circle members when appropriate, and local device data may remain until app storage is cleared.
Changes to Issho
Issho may change over time. We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as we improve the app, especially during beta testing.
Limitation of liability
Issho is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sikoshi Tech, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Issho.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Issho if we believe an account is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
